Spending time at home is seriously paradise. I've been using our newly converted salt water pool daily (luxury for skin and hair)**, taking full advantage of Nashville's incredible art exhibits (The Golden Age of Couture and Chihuly everywhere), and cooking delicious dinners every night with farmers' market goods, mostly involving insane amounts of heirloom tomatoes.

I feel more than grateful for this time at home. Usually my trips home are rushed and hectic, and it feels so good to just be here. I am totally aware every minute that this is as good as it gets, and I will eventually have to return to the real world (so I guess Charleston isn't too bad...). But for now, I am so happy.

**I rediscovered that "playing" in the pool -- diving to the bottom, hand stand contests, etc -- is really fun.
