Whenever I'm dying for something sweet, I play a fun little game of "what can I make with the ingredients I already have." In this case, I wanted something similar to a brownie (of course), but different. I used Deb's recipe for the infinitely adaptable blondie, and at her suggestion added mashed banana and chocolate chips. The banana gave it an incredible texture (somewhere between a cookie and banana bread) and the slightly melted extra chocolate chips speak for themselves. All I can say is that it definitely satiated the craving and I was forced to allocate them to friends for my personal safety and well-being.
