This year for Mother's Day I partnered with Terrain to share my family's tradition of Mother's Day Brunch. The idea was to use lots of pink while adding in elements of wood, marble, and metal to keep it from feeling too girly. But who am I kidding, it's super girly! My always-outnumbered dad embraced it and chose to serve rosé with the meal (a veggie & sausage frittata, roasted potatoes, ricotta toast, strawberry salad and a citrus polenta cake).
Anyone who knows me knows that my mom and I are never not in communication, and as much as I love those text and phone conversations with her, there's nothing like some good old-fashioned face time with the ones you love. (Happy Mother's Day mom and Nan Nan, I love you guys soooooooooo much.)
